OUR WORK

Community mobilization

Sustainable inclusion grows through trusted local relationships. SFTH works with community organizations to bring families and advocates together.

Rooted in partnership

The West Point initiative was organized with the West Point Women for Health and Development Organization. Community mobilizers, local leadership and disability advocates helped make the gathering possible.

A foundation for continuity

The report identifies a formal collaboration agreement, transport and reusable event equipment as priorities for follow-up. Community awareness is a starting point for longer-term support.
