OUR WORK

Capacity building

Children and families need people with the knowledge and confidence to support them. SFTH invests in learning among educators, volunteers and community partners.

Capacity building

Practical workforce development

The strategic report documents a 40-hour workforce training initiative that introduced volunteers to practical autism support competencies. Training supported the development of the classroom and its family-centred approach.

Learning across borders

Professional exchange and academic collaboration informed SFTH’s early classroom model and subsequent research. The 2026 expansion proposal calls for additional teacher and health-worker preparation.
