OUR WORK

Family & caregiver support

Families hold essential knowledge about their children. SFTH’s work recognizes caregivers as partners and advocates in their own right.

Making space for families

The organization’s mandate includes caregiver education, structured support networks and practical family resources. Community activities offer an opportunity to ask questions, share experiences and connect.

Building from West Point

The April 2026 registry provides a starting point for follow-up with 35 children and their primary caregivers. The activity report recommends caregiver skills training, psychosocial support and professional referral partnerships; these are planned next steps.
